Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Roddur online store (the “Website”) and your purchase of products offered through it. The Website is operated by Red Axis d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia (EU). Service and customer contact is handled through our service address in Switzerland. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

Our services are intended for individual consumers aged 18 or older within the European Union. You may browse and purchase without registering, or you may create a customer account for faster checkout. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure. 

All product descriptions, images, and details are provided to the best of our knowledge. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. Orders are placed online through the Website and confirmed via email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. 

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payments page. All transactions are processed securely. Roddur does not store your payment card details. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. 

We ship across the European Union in cooperation with our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times and costs are shown during checkout. Further details are provided on our Shipping & Returns page. 

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason. Returns must be initiated through the instructions provided on our Shipping & Returns page. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed. 

Products are intended for personal cosmetic use only. We guarantee that products meet EU safety standards and are compliant with applicable regulations. To the extent permitted by law, Roddur shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. These include your right to: - Clear product and price information - A minimum 14-day withdrawal period - Refunds within 14 days after returned goods are received 

All content on the Website, including trademarks, product descriptions, texts, and images, is the property of Red Axis d.o.o. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Website content without prior written permission. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia. In case of disputes, consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
