Shipping & Returns

We deliver orders across all EU member states.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times (approximate): 3–10 business days for most EU countries.

Remote regions and islands: may take longer, up to 12 business days.

Shipping costs: displayed at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may apply above a certain order value. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number. Tracking allows you to follow the delivery progress online. 

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Returned items must be:

• unused and unopened
• in original packaging
• free from damage or signs of wear - Excluded from returns:
• opened or used cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons)
• personalized items 

• Contact our support team to initiate a return.
• Pack the products securely, ideally in the original shipping box.
• Include your order number inside the package.
• Ship the return to our service address.
• Return shipping costs: Paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

• Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will confirm acceptance by email.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• In cases of partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
